What is Centro Retail Australia?

Centro Retail Australia (ASX:CRF) is a listed Australian Real Estate Investment Trust (A-REIT) which was established in December 2011. It is a fully vertically integrated A-REIT specialising in the ownership and management of Australian shopping centres, with:

• $6.6 billion of shopping centres under management as at 30 June 2012, including directly owned property investments totaling approximately $3.8 billion.

• Total equity of $3.35 billion as at 31 December 2011.

CRF employs over 600 people, with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. CRF provides a full suite of property services including retail development, property management, leasing, financial, sustainability and fund administration.
