•    Works from Intenet Kiosk's, non windows PC's, locked down systems.
•    Limited access to attachments/links - dependant on software installed on system in use.
•    No other applications can be accessed/No access to SharePoint links.

Citrix XenApp Client Downloads

When using Citrix XenApp applications from non-company computers, you need to install the appropriate Citrix XenApp Client software on your Windows PC (or Apple Mac PC).


Client Download for Windows PC's   V12.03 - For Windows 7, XP or Vista

You MUST remove any prior version of Citrix clients via your PC's Add/remove Programs under Control Panel. To install this version Click on the link above and run the Setup program. When installation complete, restart your internet browser and PC if asked.


Client Download for Apple Mac's   V11.2 - For Apple Mac OSX

You MUST remove any prior version of Citrix clients before installing this one. Follow the instructions after clicking on the link above for MAC PC's.

Note: Very limited after hours support/expertise available for MAC PC's. Try Windows PC's before calling for support.

Note: The "System Status Recorded Voice Announcement" (RVA) may detail major outage information when you call for support.

Major outage notices will be placed here and/or sent via email/C-net when key systems are unavailable for routine maintenance, upgrades or severity one issues.

•  Requests for help via "SharePoint HelpDesk Website" or helpdesk@centro.com.au email will only be actioned during business hours and are not monitored after hours.
